Before you ask

Things people ring to ask

If the answer is not here, write to us and a person from the shop floor will answer it.

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day leave the same afternoon. Greater Accra is next working day, Kumasi and Takoradi are two, and everywhere else in Ghana is three to four. You get a message with the courier's number when it leaves us.

Do you take things in?

Hems and sleeves are free on anything bought from us, done in the shop, usually while you wait and never longer than two days. Anything bigger — taking in a waist, reshaping a shoulder — we quote before we start.

Will you get more of something?

Usually not. We buy small runs and when a size goes it is gone, which is the honest trade for not carrying fifteen colourways of everything. Tell us what you were after and we will write to you if the maker runs it again.
