If it is wrong, three steps
About three per cent of what we send comes back, and this is what happens to all of it.
Tell us, or just turn up
Reply to your order email, or walk into any of the three rooms with the bag. Both work, and neither needs a form.
Send it back on us
We book the courier and pay for it. It needs to be unworn with the tag still attached, inside thirty days of it arriving.
Money back the way it came
Usually within two working days of it reaching us, on the same card or the same mobile money number. No credit notes.
Packed in paper, by somebody here
Everything goes out in unbleached paper with a card telling you how to wash it. No plastic, no polystyrene, and nothing branded so heavily that the box tells your street what you bought.
The couriers are two local firms we have used for years rather than whoever was cheapest that morning, which is most of why the next-day promise holds.

How do I know what size I am?
Every listing carries the measurements of the actual garment, flat, in centimetres — chest, length and sleeve — rather than a size chart. Measure something you already own and like the fit of, and match it. If you are between two, we say which way that particular cut runs.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day leave the same afternoon. Greater Accra is next working day, Kumasi and Takoradi are two, and everywhere else in Ghana is three to four. You get a message with the courier's number when it leaves us.
What if it does not fit?
Send it back, or walk it into any of the three shops, within thirty days. It needs to be unworn with the tag still on. Refunds go back the way you paid, usually within two working days of us having it in our hands.
How can I pay?
Card, mobile money on all three networks, or at the counter in the shops. Nothing is stored on our side, and there is no charge for any of them.
