Appointment
Tell us what it is about and we will tell you who to see, when, and what to bring.

Three steps, and no waiting on hold
01
Tell us what it is about
A sentence is enough. It decides which clinic you need, and it means nobody has to ask you the same question three times when you arrive.
02
We confirm within the hour
During opening hours you get a call or a message with the doctor's name, the date, the time and what to bring — not a booking reference.
03
Arrive fifteen minutes early
That quarter of an hour is registration and observations. Bring your NHIS or scheme card, any current medicines, and a letter if you have one.
Clinic times
These are the hours the consultant is physically in the building. The emergency department never closes, and the pharmacy stays open until 9pm every day including Sunday.
