Fees
Every price we charge, printed. If it is going to cost more, somebody tells you first.

What everything costs, in cedis, before you come in
These are the whole prices, not a starting point. If something in your care will cost more than what is on this page, somebody tells you before it happens — not afterwards on an invoice.

On NHIS
We are an accredited facility. The general clinic, essential medicines and most emergency care are covered in full; specialist clinics and imaging carry the top-up shown above.
On private cover
We hold direct agreements with the six largest schemes in Ghana. Bring the card and we will confirm what your policy covers before any test is booked.
Paying yourself
Everything on this page is payable by card, mobile money or cash. Maternity packages and planned surgery can be spread across instalments at no extra cost.
Before you ask
Prices held to 31 December 2026
Will I be told the cost before treatment starts?
Yes, in writing. Anything beyond a consultation gets a written estimate before it is booked, and if the clinical picture changes we stop and ask before going further.
What happens in an emergency if I cannot pay?
You are treated. Stabilising an emergency is never delayed for a payment conversation, and the hospital's hardship fund covers roughly 340 people a year with no repayment expected.
Are there charges that are not on this page?
Medicines dispensed by our pharmacy, and bed nights beyond what a package includes. Both are quoted at the point they arise. There is no admission fee, no card fee and no charge for a follow-up phone call.
