Our services

Everything the evening needs, from one team

Six lines of work under one roof — so the people who designed your day are the people standing at the desk when it starts.

What we do

Six lines, one crew, no subcontractors

Most companies on this list do one of these and buy in the rest. We do all six, which is the only reason we can promise the schedule holds.

01 — Weddings

Engagements, traditional rites and the white wedding

Most Ghanaian weddings are two or three events across a weekend, in two or three places, for two families with different ideas about all of it. We plan the whole weekend as one production so the Friday informs the Saturday instead of competing with it.

02 — Live music

Bands, drummers and DJs, with the stage under them

We keep about thirty acts on the roster across highlife, gospel, jazz and afrobeats, and we rig and mix them ourselves. If you have already booked an artist we are equally happy taking their rider and building to it.

03 — Corporate

Launches, conferences and awards nights

Run to a cue sheet, with one producer holding it. The difference between a good corporate event and a bad one is almost never the budget — it is whether somebody is counting the minutes while the chief executive is still talking.

04 — Production

Stage, sound, lighting and power

Our own trucks, our own desk, our own crew. We are hired for this alone about as often as we are hired to plan anything — including by other planners, which we take as the compliment it is.

05 — Private

Birthdays, anniversaries and the parties in between

Smaller, later, louder. A fiftieth in a garden in Cantonments needs a completely different plan from a wedding for the same number of people, and pretending otherwise is how private parties end up feeling like corporate ones.

Concept, styling and a bar that keeps moving

DJ, sound and dance-floor lighting

Catering coordination and service staff

Transport, security and guest logistics

06 — Festivals

Multi-day and outdoor events

Three stages, four thousand people and a field with no power in it. Festival work is where every other line we run gets tested at once, which is why we keep doing it even though the margins are the worst on this page.

Site design, licensing and safety planning

Multi-stage production and artist liaison

Crowd flow, accreditation and welfare

Before you ask

The first conversation is free and always will be

Half an hour, in our office on Nortei Ababio Loop or on a call. You leave with a rough number and an honest answer about whether we are the right people for your day — which is sometimes no.

Good to know

Questions we are asked most

How far ahead should we book?

For a wedding in the December or Easter peaks, nine to twelve months. Corporate dates need about ten weeks, and we hold three short-notice slots a month for the ones nobody saw coming.

Do you provide the band, or do we?

Either. We keep a roster of about thirty acts across highlife, gospel, jazz and afrobeats, and we are equally happy rigging and mixing an artist you have already booked.

What does a full wedding usually cost?

Most of ours land between GHS 90,000 and GHS 260,000 all in. The packages page has the three shapes we build from, and the first conversation tells you which one your day actually is.

Do you travel outside Accra?

Regularly — Kumasi, Takoradi, Ho, Cape Coast and the Volta. Anything beyond two hours carries a crew and transport line, quoted before you agree to it rather than after.

Tell us the date. We will take it from there.

A first conversation costs nothing and takes about half an hour. Bring the date, a rough headcount and whatever you have already imagined.
