Careers
We would rather train you than hire you twice.
A hundred and eighty people on the books, most of them here more than five years. Four of our five site foremen started on the tools.
Send us a CVThe people
The crews who actually build it.
Foremen, steel fixers, carpenters, masons and plant operators — most of them on the books rather than on a day rate.

Open roles
Six vacancies, all of them permanent.
We hire onto the payroll rather than by the day. It costs more per week and it is the reason the finishes are consistent.
Site foreman — structures
Accra · Permanent
Running a reinforced-concrete frame from setting out to roof, with a crew of nine and a weekly look-ahead you own.
Quantity surveyor
Accra — head office · Permanent
Valuations, variations and subcontract accounts across three live sites. You will be measuring, not just checking somebody else's measure.
Bench joiner
Tema · Permanent
Casework and second fix out of the Tema shop, with machine time and a hand-tool bench that is actually kept sharp.
Health & safety officer
Greater Accra · Permanent
Owning the safety file across five sites, running the toolbox talks and the monthly audit, and stopping work when it needs stopping.
Plant operator — excavator
Accra / Kumasi · Permanent
360 excavator and telehandler across the Accra and Kumasi yards. Ticket required; we will fund the next one.
Graduate site engineer
Accra · Two-year programme
Two years rotating through setting out, temporary works, QA and procurement, with a named engineer signing off each rotation.

What you get
The things that cost us money.
On the books from day one
SSNIT and PAYE from the first week, not after a probation that keeps being extended.
Boots, helmet and hi-vis provided
Replaced when they wear out rather than when the audit is due, and you keep them if you leave.
Tickets and training funded
Plant tickets, scaffolding, first aid and NVQ equivalents paid for, with the time off to sit them.
Medical cover for you and two dependants
Private cover at a named facility in Accra, Tema or Kumasi depending on where you are based.
Site transport from three pick-up points
Because a crew that arrives at seven having spent two hours in a tro-tro is not a crew that lays block well.
A route from crew to foreman
Four of our five current site foremen started here as steel fixers or masons. It is the normal path, not the exception.
Testimonials
Built right. Backed by our clients.
KM
Kwabena Mensah
Head of operations, Pelican Foods
They handed over our 4,200 m² cold store three weeks before the date in the contract, and the snag list was eleven items long. Nobody on our side has worked with a contractor like that before.
NA
Naa Adjeley Asare
Facilities director, Ridge Hospital Trust
Building next to a working out-patient department is a scheduling problem before it is a construction one. They planned around our clinics rather than asking us to plan around them.

Yaw Boateng
Managing partner, Sankofa Estates
Three blocks, one programme, one set of valuations that always arrived on the Friday. The finish quality is the reason we have given them the next phase without going back out to tender.
