Everything a first cup needs
We put this together for the people who come into Osu on a Saturday, buy a bag, and then ask us what to make it in. The box holds five things: the cone, the gooseneck kettle, a bag of the Atlas ground for it, two of the stoneware mugs, and ten drip bags for the mornings you leave before the kettle has boiled.

The first morning with it
Nobody behind the counter learned this from a book. Three steps, and the fourth one is to sit down.
Boil, then wait a minute
Water straight off the boil scorches the grounds. A minute in the kettle is the whole trick.
Thirty grams, ground medium
Two heaped spoons for the cone. We grind the Atlas for it before the box leaves us.
Pour in circles, four minutes
Wet the grounds, wait thirty seconds for them to swell, then pour slowly from the middle out.
Boxed and ready
Four sets we put together ourselves, for the times when a single bag is not the present.
It makes a good present
We box the set, tie it and write the card by hand. Tell us at checkout what it should say and who it is for.
