Protected teaching, every week, and it does not get cancelled for a busy list. Two consultants have their names against defending it.
The rota goes out six weeks ahead
Published on the first of the month for the following six. Swaps are agreed between colleagues rather than requested from an office.
You can say it is unsafe
Anybody, at any grade, can escalate a staffing concern in writing to the director of nursing. Every one gets a written answer, and the count is in the annual report.
Study leave and fees
Ten days a year plus the fees for one recognised paediatric qualification. Three of our consultants trained here on this arrangement and came back.
Speculative applications go to the same address and are read by the same people. Tell us what you would want to build here — it is a more useful letter than a covering one.
