Efua Sarpong spent eleven years behind a dispensary counter, and the last two of them handing people bottles she could not answer questions about. In August 2019 she took the room on Lokko Road, found four suppliers willing to send their lab results with the stock, and opened with nine products on a shelf built for forty.
There are sixty-one now and the rule has not moved. Nothing goes on the shelf until an independent lab has told us what is actually in it, and that certificate travels to you in the box. It is the whole argument. Everything else here just grew around it.
Every batch goes to an independent lab before it reaches the shelf, and the certificate for your batch number is in the box.
We will talk you out of the wrong bottle, and out of a right one you are already getting from your food.
