Pharmacy assistant
Six days behind the counter on Lokko Road: dispensing, checking the day's orders before they go out, and taking the calls that need a qualified answer rather than a cheerful one. A pharmacy technician certificate and two years somewhere busy. Saturday is the shift that matters most, so tell us honestly whether you can work it.

Delivery rider
About twenty drops a day between Osu, Labone, Cantonments and East Legon, and the noon run is the promise the whole shop is built on. A valid licence, three years in Accra traffic and the patience to wait while somebody finds their gate. The bike, the helmet, the fuel and the insurance are ours.

Customer care and orders
Mornings, nine to one, five days a week. You answer the phone and the WhatsApp line, pack what came in overnight and hand it to the rider before noon. Clear written English and Twi, and the kind of memory that recalls what a customer ordered in March.

What the job comes with
The same four things whichever of the three you take, and the rider gets them too.
GH₵ 2,400 to GH₵ 3,600 a month
Written on the advert rather than argued down at the interview. Where you land in the band depends on your certificate and your years, and it is looked at again every January.
SSNIT and health cover
Contributions paid from your first month, and a health plan that covers you, a partner and up to three children at the clinic on Ring Road.
Staff price on the whole shelf
Cost plus ten percent on everything we sell, for you and for the people you live with. Most of the counter is on the magnesium by now.
Training paid for
Fees and exam for anything that makes you better at this, the pharmacy technician certificate included if you have not sat it yet.
Nothing open in the lab
We are asked about formulation and analysis more than about anything else on this page, and the honest answer is that neither happens here. Our blends are made to our own brief by a manufacturer in Tema, and every batch is tested by an independent laboratory in Accra. There is no bench in Osu to give anybody.
