How quickly will my order arrive?
Anywhere in Accra, order before noon and it is on your street the same evening. Kumasi, Takoradi and Tamale are two working days by courier. You will get a message with the rider's number when it leaves us.
Can I send something back?
Sealed and unopened, within thirty days, for a full refund. We cannot take back a tub that has been opened, because we cannot then sell it to anyone else in good conscience.
How can I pay?
Mobile money on MTN, Telecel and AirtelTigo, any card, or cash at the counter in Osu. You do not need an account to check out.
Are these safe to take with my medication?
Sometimes yes and sometimes no, and it depends entirely on what you are on. Call the counter before you order and a pharmacist will tell you honestly, including when the answer is to talk to your doctor first.
Who tests what is in the bottle?
An independent laboratory checks every batch for potency and for heavy metals, and the certificate for your batch number goes in the box. If it is missing, ask us and we will send it.
How should I store them in this heat?
Out of direct sun, and not on top of the fridge. Probiotics keep best in the door of the fridge itself; everything else is happy in a cupboard as long as it is dry.
