The rider calls before setting out, so nobody is left waiting at a gate. Orders placed on Saturday afternoon go out on Monday.

For the tubs that genuinely run out in a month, like the greens.
Free delivery every time, anywhere in Ghana.
Skip a month or stop outright from the same message.
Priced on what you actually order, not a fixed box.
Returns
Thirty days, seal unbroken
Sealed and unopened, within thirty days of it reaching you, refunded in full. Keep the box if it is still around, but the seal is the thing that matters.
An opened tub cannot come back, and that is not us being awkward. Once it has left the shop we cannot know how it was stored, and we will not sell it on to the next person on a guess.
If it arrived broken, leaking or simply not what you ordered, that one is ours. Send a photograph and a replacement goes out on the next run, thirty days or not.

Tell us within thirty days
Ring the counter or write, with the order number from your receipt. One message is enough.
Hand it back
Give it to the rider on your next delivery, or drop it at the counter in Osu on your way past.
Money back the same way
Mobile money to the number that paid, or back onto the card, within three working days of it reaching us.
The three we get most
Everything else lives on the help page, and the counter picks up on the first ring.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Anywhere in Accra, order before noon and it is on your street the same evening. Kumasi, Takoradi and Tamale are two working days by courier. You will get a message with the rider's number when it leaves us.
Can I send something back?
Sealed and unopened, within thirty days, for a full refund. We cannot take back a tub that has been opened, because we cannot then sell it to anyone else in good conscience.
How can I pay?
Mobile money on MTN, Telecel and AirtelTigo, any card, or cash at the counter in Osu. You do not need an account to check out.
Something gone astray?
Ring the counter with your order number and we will find the rider, usually inside ten minutes. 030 274 9120, nine to six, and a person picks up.
