Three ways in, and all three of them reach a person rather than a queue. Somebody is on the counter from nine.

Ring the counter

Nine to six, Monday to Saturday. It rings beside the till and a pharmacist picks it up, so ask the awkward question.

Write to us

Answered the same working day, before six. Put your order number in the subject line and it will be quicker than that.

Come to Osu

Two spaces in front of the shop and the whole of Lokko Road after ten. We are the green door up from the junction.

14 Lokko Road, Osu, Accra

There is no form on this page, on purpose. A form that drops into an inbox nobody opens is worse than a number that rings, and this one rings on the counter in Osu. If it goes unanswered we are serving somebody standing in front of us, so try again in five minutes.

The counter

When the door is open

The counter keeps shop hours rather than internet hours. If you want a pharmacist rather than a rider, come before five, when the dispensary is quiet enough to talk.

We close on public holidays: Independence Day, the two Eids, Founders' Day and the two days at Christmas. It goes up on Instagram the week before, and orders placed while we are shut go out the morning we open.

Who picks up the phone

Both of them are here most days. If you already know which one you need, ring them directly and skip the counter.

Ask her about anything you already take, including what your doctor put you on. She will say no when the answer is no.

What the counter gets asked

The three that come up on the phone every day. The rest of them are on the questions page.

Are these safe to take with my medication?

Sometimes yes and sometimes no, and it depends entirely on what you are on. Call the counter before you order and a pharmacist will tell you honestly, including when the answer is to talk to your doctor first.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Anywhere in Accra, order before noon and it is on your street the same evening. Kumasi, Takoradi and Tamale are two working days by courier. You will get a message with the rider's number when it leaves us.

How can I pay?

Mobile money on MTN, Telecel and AirtelTigo, any card, or cash at the counter in Osu. You do not need an account to check out.
