Ordered a second time
Inside a year of a first order. A refill bought at a counter counts.

The hibiscus mist is the only thing in my bag that survives an hour in Accra traffic.
Ama Serwaa, Osu

I have worn the SPF every day since March and it has never once left me grey.
Kwabena Mensah, East Legon

Six weeks of the night oil and the marks from last harmattan have gone quiet.
Efua Boateng, Tema

The milk cleanser takes a whole face of sunscreen off and my skin still does not feel tight.
Nana Adjei, Kumasi

The baobab butter reached Takoradi the day after I ordered it, and my legs stopped ashing inside a fortnight.

Where these came from
Every review on this page was left by somebody with an order number. Rather more than half were written on a card at the counter in Osu, Labone or Kumasi. The rest came back from the email we send a fortnight after a parcel lands, which is long enough for a jar to have been used and short enough to still remember it arriving.
Nobody has ever been paid for one, and nothing has been sent free in exchange for one. We do not run a sampling programme and we have never asked anybody to write about us.
Four of the nine hundred and forty have been edited, all four for the same reason: they named a member of staff and we took the name out. Nothing else has been shortened, corrected or taken down, including the thirty-one that gave us one or two stars.
