A plan, or simply per job
A plan is worth it if you call somebody out more than about twice a quarter, or if you are a landlord and the calls are not yours to make. Below that, paying per job is cheaper and we will say so on the phone rather than after you have signed.
Every plan is monthly, cancellable with a month's notice, and carries the same twelve-month guarantee as anything else we do.

Or pay per job, with no plan at all — the rates are on the services page and they do not change because it is a Sunday.

What each trade starts at
For an ordinary job inside Greater Accra during the working week, including the first hour of labour and the call-out. Materials are quoted separately and at cost plus fifteen per cent, itemised on the invoice.

Sockets, switches, ceiling fans, security lights and the board that keeps tripping.

Three things people ring to ask
How do I pay?
MTN or Telecel mobile money, bank transfer, or card at the van. Nothing is due until the job is finished and you have looked at it. Plan customers are invoiced monthly and never asked for anything on the day.
Do you charge to come and quote?
No, for anything inside Greater Accra. We look, we measure, and you get a written price by e-mail the same day. Nothing is done on the visit unless you ask us to, in which case the call-out is folded into the job.
Is the work guaranteed?
Twelve months on labour for everything we repair or install, and the manufacturer's own cover on any part we supply. If the same fault comes back inside the year we return and put it right at no charge, including the call-out.
