Eight trades, one number
The rates below are where each trade starts, for an ordinary job inside Greater Accra during the working week. Nothing is charged at a weekend rate, because we have never understood why a broken lock should cost more on a Sunday.
Electrical repairs
Sockets, switches, ceiling fans, security lights and the board that keeps tripping.
Two of our electricians are certified by the Energy Commission and both carry a test meter rather than a screwdriver and a guess. Rewires, consumer units, extra circuits, outdoor lighting and the fault-finding nobody else wants — plus a written certificate for anything notifiable.

Plumbing & drainage
Taps, cisterns, water heaters, blocked lines and the leak under the sink.
Repairs first, replacement second. We carry the common washers, traps and float valves on the van, so most calls are finished the same visit rather than turning into an order and a second appointment.

Carpentry & joinery
Doors, wardrobes, shelving, kitchen units and anything that no longer closes.
Our own workshop off Spintex Road makes what cannot be bought: fitted wardrobes, a shelf for an awkward alcove, a replacement door leaf cut to a frame that has moved. Flat-pack assembly too, done properly and levelled.

Painting & decorating
One room or a whole house, prepared honestly and cut in by hand.
Preparation is most of the job and most of the price: filling, sanding, sealing, then two coats. We move the furniture, we cover the floors, and we take the sheets away with us rather than leaving them folded in the corner.

Tiling & masonry
Bathroom and kitchen tiling, cracked screed, blockwork and rendering.
Floors levelled before anything is laid, walls set out from the centre so the cuts land where nobody looks, and grout finished the same day. Small structural work — a knocked-through arch, a new lintel — with an engineer's sign-off where one is needed.

Air-con & appliances
Split-unit servicing, gas top-ups, washing machines, fridges and cookers.
A serviced split unit costs about a third of what the same unit costs to run once its filters are choked. We service, regas and repair, and we will tell you plainly when a fifteen-year-old machine is not worth the part.

Doors, locks & windows
Locks changed, hinges hung, sliding tracks freed, burglar bars fitted.
Lock changes the same day, including after a break-in or a tenant leaving without the keys. Window catches, mosquito screens, door closers and the aluminium sliding doors that everybody in Accra has and nobody can free up.

Grounds & gates
Hedges, gate motors, wall repairs, gutters and the compound generally.
A standing monthly visit for compounds and small estates: hedges and lawns cut, gutters cleared before the rains, gate motor greased and tested, and a short written note of anything we think will need doing before it does.

Anywhere inside Greater Accra, usually within two working days. We measure, we test, and we do not touch anything unless you ask.

By e-mail the same day, itemised, with the parts named. It does not change afterwards unless you change the job.

A two-hour arrival window, photographs before and after, the waste taken with us, and twelve months on the work.

Three things people ring to ask
How quickly can somebody come out?
A call before eleven in the morning is usually seen the same day for anything urgent — no water, no power, a door that will not lock. Ordinary jobs are booked within two working days, and you get a two-hour window rather than 'sometime Thursday'.
Do you charge to come and quote?
No, for anything inside Greater Accra. We look, we measure, and you get a written price by e-mail the same day. Nothing is done on the visit unless you ask us to, in which case the call-out is folded into the job.
Is the work guaranteed?
Twelve months on labour for everything we repair or install, and the manufacturer's own cover on any part we supply. If the same fault comes back inside the year we return and put it right at no charge, including the call-out.
