How the firm got here
2009
Two finishers and a pickup
Kojo Nkrumah and his brother start taking on plastering and tiling in Madina, mostly the jobs bigger firms had turned down as too small to bother with.
2013
The first full house, at Adenta
Foundations to handover on a four-bedroom in eleven months. The crew reaches twelve, and we buy the first mixer rather than hiring it.
2016
Registered D1 / K1
Classified with the Ministry of Works and Housing for the largest class of building and civil works, which opens the door to institutional clients and their auditors.
2019
Ghana Building Excellence Award
For the Ridge Court Residence. The first time somebody outside the client's family looked at what we had built and said so in public.
2022
The Boundary Road yard opens
A permanent yard, a joinery shop and a steel bay of our own, which took the two longest lead items on any job off somebody else's timetable.
2025
The first nine-storey frame
Airport City Business Tower tops out in eleven months. Fifty-eight people on the payroll, and the first job we have run entirely on our own steel programme.
