We keep two slots free every morning for people who simply arrive. Reception will tell you honestly how long the wait is before you commit to it.

Before you come
Four things to bring with you
Photo ID and your Ghana Card
We need it once, at your first visit, to open a record. After that we have you on file and you never bring it again.
Your insurance card, if you have one
Bring the card itself rather than a photograph of it. If your scheme needs pre-authorisation, tell reception when you book and we will start it before you arrive.
A list of anything you take
Including blood thinners, bisphosphonates and anything for diabetes or blood pressure. It changes what we can do on the day, so it matters more than it sounds.
Any x-rays from elsewhere
If another practice has imaged you in the last two years, a copy saves you a scan and saves us guessing. A photograph of the film is enough.

Schemes we bill directly
If your scheme is not on this list you can still be seen — you pay us and we give you a receipt and a treatment code your insurer will accept. Ask reception and they will tell you what your particular scheme usually reimburses.
