Free delivery across Accra on two tubs or more
The whole shelf
Every flavour we make
Eight of them, churned in Osu, and this is all of them. The price you see is the price at the counter, and anything that is not on this page is not being made this week.
In the freezer this morning
Eight tubs, churned in Osu
Every one of these is a 500 ml tub, packed hard the morning it goes out. Add what you want to the bag and somebody rings you back to fix a time; the rider brings a card machine or takes momo at the gate.

Every flavour, one size
What a tub actually is
Five hundred millilitres
About ten proper scoops, or four if you are not the measuring sort. One tub is a table of four after dinner, two is a birthday, and nobody has ever complained about a spare one in the freezer.
Three weeks, sealed
Churned the morning it is packed and frozen hard the same day. Once you have opened it, eat it inside a fortnight or it quietly starts tasting of your freezer, which is nobody's fault but the freezer's.
It arrives cold
An insulated box, a gel pack sitting on top of the tubs, and about three hours of cold in it. That covers everywhere we deliver on the worst afternoon of the year.
Four ranges
Or start with a shelf
Everything we churn sits on one of four. Pick whichever one your afternoon is asking for and let it choose the flavour.

Sorbets
Fruit, ice and nothing else. What you want at four in the afternoon.

The things people ring to ask
And if the one you want is not here, ring 030 279 1140. Somebody in the shop picks it up.
Do you deliver in Accra?
Tuesday to Sunday, and the van goes out twice: once in the morning and once after lunch. Anything ordered before three catches the afternoon run and anything after it goes on the first run the next day. Two tubs or more and the delivery is free anywhere in Accra. The rider rings you when he is at the gate, so keep the phone near you.
How does it survive the traffic?
It leaves us at minus eighteen, packed hard, in an insulated box with a frozen gel pack sitting on top of the tubs. That holds for about three hours in an Accra afternoon, which covers everywhere we deliver to on the worst day of the year. Put it in the freezer as soon as it is in your hands and it will be exactly what left Osu.
Do you make anything without dairy?
Two sorbets: the sobolo, and the mango and chilli. Both are fruit, sugar and water, churned on a machine we strip and wash before a sorbet run so nothing crosses over. The tigernut cream does have milk in it despite what the name suggests, which catches people out, so we say it twice.
Can you do a party?
About forty a month, so yes. A scoop cart with somebody serving from it, tubs on a table with the dry ice under them, or the van parked outside for a bigger crowd. What each one costs and what it includes is on the parties page, and anything over fifty people needs a week's notice.
What if it arrives soft?
Ring us and we replace it. No argument, no photographs, no form. Ice cream that has melted and been frozen again goes grainy and tastes of the freezer, and we would far rather know about it than have you eat it politely and never order again. That one is on us and not on the rider.
Or eat it standing up
Every tub on this page is also in the four shops, scooped into a cone if you would rather not wait for a rider. Osu, East Legon, Airport Residential and Adum, and not one of them shuts before nine.
