Four rooms and a van
Three counters in Accra, one in Adum, and a freezer van for everybody in between. Whatever you walk in for was churned that morning, in Osu or in the room behind the Adum counter.
The four rooms
Pick a counter
The same eight flavours in all of them, scooped by somebody who can tell you what is in each one. Three of the four are open seven days a week.

Osu
The first one, and still the kitchen. The churn runs behind the glass from five in the morning.

Delivery across Accra
Where the van goes
One insulated van, out of Osu twice a day, Tuesday to Sunday. It comes to your gate anywhere in Accra and the box is packed hard enough to sit in a hot car while you finish what you were doing.

Tema, Kasoa and Aburi are outside the city, and each of them is a flat GH¢ 25. Anywhere further than that goes by road in a box packed with dry ice, and Kumasi has its own shop anyway.

Getting it to your door
The four we are asked most about the van. If yours is not one of them, ring 030 279 1140 and somebody in the shop will tell you.
Do you deliver in Accra?
Tuesday to Sunday, and the van goes out twice: once in the morning and once after lunch. Anything ordered before three catches the afternoon run and anything after it goes on the first run the next day. Two tubs or more and the delivery is free anywhere in Accra. The rider rings you when he is at the gate, so keep the phone near you.
How does it survive the traffic?
It leaves us at minus eighteen, packed hard, in an insulated box with a frozen gel pack sitting on top of the tubs. That holds for about three hours in an Accra afternoon, which covers everywhere we deliver to on the worst day of the year. Put it in the freezer as soon as it is in your hands and it will be exactly what left Osu.
Can I get dry ice for a longer trip?
Yes. Say so when you order and the box goes out packed with dry ice instead of gel, which buys about twelve hours: enough for Kumasi by road, or a flight up to Tamale. It is GH¢ 40 and it comes with a note about handling it, because dry ice will burn a bare hand and it is not a thing to guess at.
What if it arrives soft?
Ring us and we replace it. No argument, no photographs, no form. Ice cream that has melted and been frozen again goes grainy and tastes of the freezer, and we would far rather know about it than have you eat it politely and never order again. That one is on us and not on the rider.
Come in and try three
Nobody has ever been charged for tasting. Walk into any of the four, ask for three little spoons, and take as long as you like over it.
