Work with us
One wedding a weekend, and the week back.
Three open roles in Accra, with what each one pays — because we would rather you knew now than after two interviews.
Open now
Three roles, and what each one pays.
Wedding planner
GHS 5,400 – 7,200 a month
Full time · Airport Residential, Accra
Three to five years running events, weddings or hospitality operations. You will carry six weddings a year of your own from the second season, with Ama beside you for the first. Weekends are the job; we give the week back.
Weekend coordinator
GHS 900 a weekend
Freelance · About twenty weekends a year
You run a room. Deliveries in, suppliers briefed, timings held, and the calm voice when the cake is late. We train you on our running order and you keep the certificate whatever you do next.
Planning intern
GHS 1,800 a month
Six months · Paid, always
For somebody finishing a hospitality or events course who wants to know what the work is actually like. You sit in on real meetings and go to real weddings, and we pay you for both.
What it is like
Four things about working here.
The week back
You work Saturdays in season. You do not also work the Monday and the Tuesday. Two days off in the week after every wedding, taken, not owed.
One wedding a weekend
The house has never taken two in a weekend and never will. It is a promise to our couples and it is the reason nobody here is doing the job of two people.
Trained and certified
Every coordinator gets our running-order training and keeps the certificate. Two of our planners started as weekend coordinators and one of them runs production.
Nobody works unpaid
There is no unpaid internship here and there never has been. If you are on a wedding with us, you are on the payroll for it.
If you have never planned a wedding but you are the person your friends ask to organise everything, write anyway.
