Started the house in 2014 after nine years running events for a hotel group. Takes eight weddings a year herself and reads every contract the office signs.
Kwabena Osei
Production director
Builds the running order and owns the day. If a marquee is late, Kwabena knew forty minutes before you did and has already moved the drinks.
Efua Nyarko
Design lead
Draws every room before it is booked. Trained as an interior designer, which is why our sheets show light and sightlines rather than just flowers.
Yaw Frimpong
Traditional rites
Handles the knocking and the engagement — the lists, the drinks, the spokesmen and the order of speaking, in Twi, Ga or Ewe as the families need.

Guests & travel
Looks after everybody flying in: hotels, visas, airport runs and the group that always books late. Speaks to more of your family than you do.

Budgets & suppliers
Holds the money. Every quote is chased, compared and paid on a schedule you approved, and the sheet you see is the sheet we work from.
One crew, one weekend
We never take two weddings on the same weekend. It costs us money every single year, and it is the only reason we can promise you the planner you met.
