The Full Plan

Twelve to eighteen months

Everything, from the first budget to the last supplier payment. Venue search, design, every contract negotiated in your name, and both ceremonies run by us.

from GHS 48,000

The Half Plan

From six months out

You have the venue and some of the suppliers. We take the design, fill the gaps, hold the budget and run the weekend so your family can sit down.

from GHS 26,000

On The Day

The last six weeks

You planned it. We read every contract, build the running order, brief the suppliers and stand at the door from the first delivery to the last car.

The terms

How the money works.

No commission, ever

We take nothing from venues, caterers, florists or bands. It is written into the contract, and it is the only thing that makes our advice about who to book worth paying for.

A third, a third, a third

A third to hold the date, a third six months out and the balance a month before the wedding. In cedis, on an invoice, against a schedule you approved at the start.

Outside Accra, quoted up front

Aburi, Ho, Akosombo, Cape Coast and Kumasi are ordinary for us. Beyond Greater Accra we add travel and two nights for the crew, priced before you agree to anything.

One date change, free

Weddings move. The first change of date costs you nothing beyond whatever your suppliers charge; we simply do the work again.

A hundred and fifty guests in Accra, done well, lands between GHS 180,000 and GHS 400,000 — and we will say so in the first meeting rather than the fourth.

Money

Three questions about the money.

What does a wedding here actually cost?

A hundred and fifty guests in Accra, done well, lands between GHS 180,000 and GHS 400,000 depending mostly on the venue and the food. We will tell you honestly in the first meeting if your number and your guest list disagree.

Do you take commission from suppliers?

No, and it is written into our contract. Our fee is the only money we make on your wedding, which is the only way our advice about who to book can be worth anything.

How do we pay you?

A third to hold the date, a third six months out and the balance a month before. Everything in cedis, on an invoice, against a schedule you approved at the start.
