Call the house. Larger tables run off a short set menu so everything arrives together and hot.

No booking at all
The bar and the six front tables are kept back for walk-ins every night. Come early on a Friday.
Tuesday to Thursday
30% off, and no catch
Thirty per cent off the whole board on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 11:30am and 6pm. It is not a smaller menu, a smaller portion or a set menu — it is the same food at a quieter hour.

Nothing here is a surprise on the night, which is the entire point of writing it down.

Fifteen minutes, then it goes back to the floor. A call buys you as long as you need.

Any time, free, for tables under nine. For nine and over we ask for twenty-four hours so the kitchen can re-order.
