Telephone

030 274 1180

Answered between eight and six, Monday to Saturday, by somebody standing in the shop with the stock behind them.

WhatsApp

054 118 6002

Send a photograph instead of a description. A serial number, a cracked screen, or the shelf you are standing in front of.

Email

Orders, invoices, warranty claims and anything you would rather have in writing. The first answer comes inside a working day.

The counter

12 Oxford Street, Osu

The quickest way to settle anything, if you can get there. Accra Mall and Adum in Kumasi will do the same job.

Who picks up

Four people, and all four have worked the floor

The telephone, the WhatsApp number and the email all reach the same four people: Adjoa Boateng, Yaw Ofori, Esi Aidoo and Kwabena Asare. Every one of them has spent time behind the counter in Osu, which is why a question about stock is settled in the same call instead of being passed on.

There is no menu to get through and no ticket number to quote. Email is read the same way: the first reply comes from one of the four, inside a working day, and it says what happens next rather than confirming that your message arrived.

Opening hours

Not all four keep the same hours

Three counters and one telephone line, each open when the people it needs are there. Accra Mall is the one that stays open late and on a Sunday.

Osu

12 Oxford Street, Osu, Accra

Monday to Saturday, 8am to 7pm. Sunday, 12pm to 6pm.

Accra Mall

Upper level, beside the escalator

Monday to Sunday, 9am to 9pm.

Adum

4 Prempeh II Street, Adum, Kumasi

Monday to Saturday, 8:30am to 6:30pm.

Telephone and WhatsApp

030 274 1180 and 054 118 6002

Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm.

On a public holiday the two Accra counters keep their Sunday hours, Adum stays shut, and the telephone is answered from ten until two. Nothing goes out on a bike that day, so an order placed on a holiday leaves the next morning.

Questions that arrive by telephone

The three we are asked most often on the line. The rest are on the help page, and anything not there, call 030 274 1180.

Do you deliver outside Accra?

Anywhere in Ghana. Accra and Tema go out the same day if the order is in before two, on a bike, and you get a number to call the rider. Kumasi, Takoradi and Tamale are next day by bus with a tracking number. Delivery is free on anything over GH₵ 500 and GH₵ 35 under it, and we do not charge more for a Saturday.

Can I see the item before I buy it?

Yes, and we would rather you did. Everything on this site is on a shelf in Osu, and most of it is also in Accra Mall and Adum. Headphones are out of their boxes and plugged in, keyboards are on the desk to type on, and the laptops are switched on. Nobody will follow you around the shop.

Who do I call when something goes wrong?

030 274 1180, between eight and six, Monday to Saturday, and it is answered by somebody standing in the shop rather than by a menu. If it is quicker to show us, send a photograph to the same number on WhatsApp. We have never once asked a customer to fill in a form to report a fault.
