Anything bought on this site can be picked up at a counter instead of waiting for a rider, and it costs nothing either way.

Do you deliver outside Accra?
Anywhere in Ghana. Accra and Tema go out the same day if the order is in before two, on a bike, and you get a number to call the rider. Kumasi, Takoradi and Tamale are next day by bus with a tracking number. Delivery is free on anything over GH₵ 500 and GH₵ 35 under it, and we do not charge more for a Saturday.
Can I see the item before I buy it?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Everything on this site is on a shelf in Osu, and most of it is also in Accra Mall and Adum. Headphones are out of their boxes and plugged in, keyboards are on the desk to type on, and the laptops are switched on. Nobody will follow you around the shop.
Who do I call when something goes wrong?
030 274 1180, between eight and six, Monday to Saturday, and it is answered by somebody standing in the shop rather than by a menu. If it is quicker to show us, send a photograph to the same number on WhatsApp. We have never once asked a customer to fill in a form to report a fault.
Come and hold it before you buy it
Osu opens at eight, Adum at half past, and Accra Mall at nine and stays open until nine at night. Or order tonight and collect from ten the next morning.
