Questions, in full
The six we are asked every week. If yours is not here, call the shop and somebody standing in it will answer.
Do you deliver outside Accra?
Anywhere in Ghana. Accra and Tema go out the same day if the order is in before two, on a bike, and you get a number to call the rider. Kumasi, Takoradi and Tamale are next day by bus with a tracking number. Delivery is free on anything over GH₵ 500 and GH₵ 35 under it, and we do not charge more for a Saturday.
What does the two-year cover include?
Parts and labour on anything that fails in normal use, on every item in the shop, from the day you take it home. Bring it into any of the three showrooms and we will either fix it, replace it, or refund it, in that order. It does not cover a cracked screen, water, or a battery worn down by three years of charging, and we will tell you which of those it is before you leave the counter.
Can I see the item before I buy it?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Everything on this site is on a shelf in Osu, and most of it is also in Accra Mall and Adum. Headphones are out of their boxes and plugged in, keyboards are on the desk to type on, and the laptops are switched on. Nobody will follow you around the shop.
Can I pay in instalments?
On anything over GH₵ 2,000, in four parts over three months, with the first part paid at the counter and no interest added. You need a Ghana Card and a mobile money number in the same name. It is approved or refused in about ten minutes, and if it is refused we will tell you why rather than leave you guessing.
Who do I call when something goes wrong?
030 274 1180, between eight and six, Monday to Saturday, and it is answered by somebody standing in the shop rather than by a menu. If it is quicker to show us, send a photograph to the same number on WhatsApp. We have never once asked a customer to fill in a form to report a fault.
Do you take my old phone in part exchange?
We do, on phones, laptops and tablets less than five years old that still switch on. Bring it in and we will test it in front of you, wipe it in front of you, and take the value off the new one there and then. If we cannot resell it we will still take it off your hands for recycling, at no charge.

Ring the shop, with two things to hand
030 274 1180, eight to six, Monday to Saturday. There is no ticket queue behind this page and nothing waiting to come back to you: the telephone rings in Osu, and whoever picks it up can see your order while you are still talking.
The order number
On the email we sent when you paid, and on the printed receipt if you bought at a counter. It is what we look you up by, and with it the whole history of the order is on the screen in front of whoever answers.
The serial number
On the box, and on the device itself under Settings, then About. It is what tells us which of the two years the cover is in, so nobody has to remember a date.
