Somebody answers the desk from seven in the morning until eight at night, and it is a person rather than a menu. Say the department and roughly when suits you.

Bring
Your Ghana Card or any photo ID, your NHIS or scheme card if you have one, and whatever medicines you are currently taking — the boxes, not a list from memory.
Arrive
Ten minutes early on a first visit so records can open a file, and on time after that. If you are running late, ring — we hold a slot fifteen minutes and longer if we know.
First visit
Vitals with a nurse, then twenty minutes with the doctor. Bloods and scans happen the same visit in this building, and most results are back before you leave.
With children
Use the children's entrance on the left of the building — there is a separate waiting room with a door on it, and the under-fives clinic runs every weekday morning without an appointment.
