What people
Printed as written, with names and with permission — followed by the three numbers we would rather be judged on.
Three numbers
Being liked and being good are different things, and only one of them can be measured. These three are on the partners' agenda every quarter and go up on this page whatever they say.
Average wait past your slot
Average lab turnaround
Chronic reviews attended
The wait figure is the one we are least happy with. Monday mornings and the first week of the month drag it up, and putting two more slots on the family medicine list has moved it by about four minutes so far.

If it went wrong
Complaints go straight to the clinical director, unopened by anybody else, and get a reply within three working days. Thirty-one arrived last year and twenty-eight changed something.

The good ones go on this page with your permission. The bad ones go to the clinical director, which is more useful to everybody.
