Scheme queries, invoices and receipts. If a scheme has declined something, ring this desk rather than the front — they hold the correspondence.

If something went wrong
Goes straight to the clinical director, unopened by anybody else, and gets a reply within three working days. We would rather hear it than not.

There is a doctor on the premises every hour of every day. Chest pain, difficulty breathing, a bad fall, a child who will not wake properly — ring, do not drive here and wonder.
