Tuesday to Thursday

First meetings and supplier calls. Come to the studio if you can — a wedding is easier to talk about with the drawings on a table between us.
Friday
9:00 — 13:00
Site visits and set-ups. The studio is usually empty; the telephone is answered from wherever we are standing.
Saturday and Sunday
We are at a wedding
Somebody else's, and we will not be looking at a telephone. Messages sent at the weekend are answered first thing on Tuesday.
What to send first
The date, roughly how many guests, where you are thinking of, and what you have to spend. That is enough for us to tell you within the day whether the calendar takes it and whether the number is realistic.
First meetings are free and carry no obligation. If you go ahead, a third of the fee holds the date, a third falls at six months and the balance a fortnight before. Supplier contracts are always signed in your name, not ours.
