Published fees, because a studio that will not print a number is telling you something about the number. Everything below includes our time, not just our attendance.
Planning
The whole thing, from the date onwards
One named planner from the first meeting to the Sunday morning. We build the budget with you, find and negotiate every supplier, write the running order, and take the two hundred small decisions that otherwise arrive in your inbox at eleven at night.
Includes venue search, supplier contracts held in your name, a fortnightly written update, guest-list and seating management, the rehearsal, and two of us on site from the first delivery to the last van. Traditional and white weddings on separate days are one engagement, not two.

Styling and décor
Drawn and costed before it is bought
The look of the day as a real scheme rather than a mood board: a drawing of each space, the flowers named by variety and season, the paper, the linen, the lighting, and a price against every line of it.
Flowers grown and bought in Ghana wherever the season allows — imported stems are quoted separately so you can see what they cost. Includes the build, the changeover between ceremony and dinner, and taking the whole thing down again that night.

Production
Tents, power, sound and the rain plan
The unromantic half of a wedding, and the half that ruins one. Marquees and their footings, generators sized properly, sound and lighting, water, loos, parking, and a written wet-weather plan for every part of the day.
We survey the site before quoting, which is why the number does not change afterwards. Includes generator redundancy on any site without mains, a documented changeover if the rain comes, and one production manager whose entire job on the day is the infrastructure.

On the day
Coordination only
For couples who have planned it themselves and simply want somebody to run it. We come in eight weeks out, take every supplier off you, and hold the schedule from the first delivery to the last van.
Includes two site visits, contact with every supplier you have booked, a printed schedule for the wedding party, and two coordinators on the day. It is the cheapest thing we do and the one people are most grateful for afterwards.

You always know which week you are in
The dates below are the ones we commit to in writing on the first day. If something slips we tell you before it does, not after.
Month one
The meeting and the number
An hour at the studio. The date, the shape of the day, the budget — and an honest answer about what it buys in Accra this year.
Month two
The scheme and the suppliers
The whole day on paper with prices against it, and the first contracts signed. Nothing is booked before you have seen the total.
Every fortnight
A written update
What has been booked, what has been paid, what is still open and what we need from you. Two pages, on a Friday.
Eight weeks out
The schedule
A printed minute-by-minute for every supplier and for the wedding party, plus the rain plan. After this point nobody telephones you about anything.
