Ranges rather than single figures, because the guest number is most of the difference. The lower end is around eighty guests; the upper is three hundred and a site with no power.

One named planner from the first meeting to the Sunday morning: budget, every supplier, the running order, guest list, seating, rehearsal, and two of us on site all day.

One engagement rather than two, because the guest list, the families and half the suppliers are the same. Priced as one and a half weddings, not two.

Drawings of every space, flowers named by variety and season, paper, linen and light — with a price against each line before anything is bought.

Surveyed before it is quoted, which is why the number does not move afterwards. Generator redundancy on any site without mains.

What the fee is, and is not
Every figure above is our fee for the work. It is not the cost of the wedding — the caterer, the venue, the flowers and the band are yours to spend, and we never take a commission from any of them.
A third holds the date, a third falls at six months and the balance a fortnight before. Supplier contracts are signed in your name rather than ours, which is the whole reason twenty-two couples moved their 2020 dates without losing a deposit.
