Getting it to you
Delivery and care
What it costs to get a piece to you, how long it takes, and what happens if it has to come back.
Delivery
Where it goes, and when
Everything is packed in Osu and goes out the day it is finished. Delivery inside Accra and Tema is free on orders over GHS 800.

Outside Accra and Tema the cost depends on the weight and the address, so it is worked out and shown before you pay. Anything crossing a border may be charged duty at the other end, and that part is not ours to collect or to refund.
Returns, repairs and care
If it needs to come back
Twenty-one days to change your mind, two years of free repairs on anything made upstairs, and one piece of advice about the dry season.
Returns
Twenty-one days from the day it reaches you, unworn, in the box it came in. Send a message first and we will tell you where it goes. Made to measure and anything monogrammed cannot come back, because it was cut for one person.
Repairs
Free for the first two years on anything made in the workshop: a stitch, a strap, a lining, a zip. After that we charge what the work costs. Bring it to Osu or post it, and Yaw will tell you what it needs before anything is done.
Caring for it
Dry air is harder on a bag than rain is, and Harmattan is four months of dry air. Wipe it down, keep it out of the sun, and feed the leather twice a year. There is a longer piece about it in the journal.

Paying for it
Three ways, all in cedis, whether you are standing at the counter in Osu or ordering from another country.

Visa and Mastercard, charged in cedis.
Mobile money
Any Ghanaian network, to the number that comes with the order.
Bank transfer
Details come with the invoice, and the piece is held until it clears.
Instalments
Over three months, on anything above GHS 2,000.
Made to measure
Quoted at the first fitting, and four to six weeks in the workshop.
Before you pay
The ones that come up most about delivery, returns and paying. The rest are on the questions page.
Do you ship outside Ghana?
Yes. Five to eight working days across West Africa, seven to twelve everywhere else. Duties and any local charges are the customer's.
Can I return something?
Within twenty-one days, unworn, in the box it came in. Made-to-measure and monogrammed pieces stay yours.
Do you repair what you make?
Free for the first two years on anything made in the workshop. After that we charge what the materials and the hours cost, and tell you before we start.
Do you make to measure?
Tailoring and bags, both. Four to six weeks from the first fitting, and you come in twice.
How should I pay?
Card, mobile money or bank transfer. Anything above GHS 2,000 can go over three months at no extra cost.
